~ The Alignment Pod ~
A Place to do the Relational Work
their way out of the river of distress and back to the shore.
What is a Pod?
Connection is both the means and the end. The pod is where you practice what you came here to learn by actually doing it, with people who care enough to tell you the truth.
Inside the pod you will take on what this work calls relational projects: specific, deliberate actions to repair, improve, or realign the relationships that matter most. You will bring them here, work through them, and return with what happened. Over time, the evidence accumulates and what once felt impossible begins to feel like something you can handle.
The work underneath the work is alignment. Closing the gap between how you are actually living and how you are designed to live. The smaller that gap, the calmer your internal world becomes. Relational projects are how that gets practiced.

The Role of Feedback
The pod changes that. With your permission, members reflect back what they observe and where the gap is between what you intend to communicate and what actually lands. What the fear sounds like when it speaks in your voice. Where something old is running the show and presenting itself as wisdom.
This kind of feedback is specific, honest, given in the context of genuine care and is not criticism. It is one of the most relational things one person can offer another.

Common Questions
No. The framework that underpins this work will be introduced as you go. You bring yourself. That is enough to begin.
You are not required to perform or fill space. The pod meets you where you are. Some of the most significant growth in this kind of work happens in people who say very little and show up with everything they have.
This is ongoing work, not a fixed-term program. The pod functions best when members show up consistently. That said, you are an adult, you decide what is right for you.
No. Ross is a life coach and group facilitator, not a therapist. The pod is a relational container for growth work. However, the impact of these groups can be transformative.
