Q&A
What is the Heart Light meditation?
It is a guided practice where you picture a small ball of light in the center of your chest that grows with each breath. The light expands beyond your body to surround the room, the city and eventually the whole earth.
What was Vanessa’s kundalini awakening like?
After hours of crying on her kitchen floor, Vanessa surrendered and felt heat rise from her tailbone up her spine to the crown of her head. For a time afterward she saw the energy in everything and felt like she was living in a dream.
How did Vanessa find balance after her awakening?
She explored meditation, yoga, Reiki and other practices, and learning Reiki helped her ground herself. Over time the intense energy calmed, though she still feels waves of it in deep meditation.
How can we come back to who we truly are?
Vanessa suggests remembering the simple things that once brought you joy, like sitting by the water, singing or dancing. Even 20 minutes a day of what feeds your spirit can help you meet life from a fuller place.
What is one simple way to connect with the sacred today?
Vanessa invites you to go outside and sit with your eyes closed in the sun. Let it permeate your whole being and recharge you.

Vanessa Ooms (01:35)
Thanks so much for having me, Ross. This is an honor.
Ross Tayler (01:38)
You're so welcome. It's so nice to meet you, and I'm looking forward to the conversation we're going to have. I believe you're going to start by guiding us through a brief meditation called The Heart Light.
Vanessa Ooms (01:48)
Yeah, the heart light. This is one of my favorite meditations, and I'm just so grateful that I get to share it with you and your listeners today.
Ross Tayler (01:58)
Excellent. I will hand it over to you.
Vanessa Ooms (02:00)
Okay, perfect. You did a wonderful job of setting the intention for the container, so I'm just going to build on that.
So if we just take a moment to close our eyes, and take a few deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth. Just settling into this present moment, back into your body, and allowing your body to settle into this space and the surface that's holding it.
Allowing the muscles of the forehead to relax. Allow your tongue to relax away from the roof of the mouth. Allow your shoulders to get heavy. Allow your abdomen to release and relax. And just allow your body to sink into the surface that's holding it, allowing yourself to be held in this space, knowing that this is the only place you need to be right now. And allowing your breathing to come back to normal.
We're going to put our awareness right into the center of the chest. See if you can see, sense, or feel a little ball of light right in the center of your chest. This little ball of light is about the size of a golf ball, and it's spinning and pulsing right in the middle of your heart space, in the middle of your chest. Just keep your attention on this little ball of light.
And with every inhale, this light of yours, this heart light of yours, gets a little bit bigger. You're inhaling and expanding that little ball of light a little bit bigger every time. And as this light grows within your chest, your body relaxes more. You might have a little smile creep onto your face. Just allow whatever feelings arise to arise, as your breath feeds your heart, and this little ball of light begins to grow and expand.
And breathe.
And just watch as this ball of light expands to the edges of your rib cage, slowly spinning and existing. Just notice if it allows your breath to be a bit more full, while your body relaxes more and more.
And this ball of light in your chest starts to expand a little bit more, coming outside the confines of your physical body to encompass more of your chest. Moving down through your abdomen. Up toward your head as well. Feeling relaxed and peaceful and expansive as your heart light gets bigger and bigger. Expanding beyond your body, past your feet, beyond your head, above your head.
And just knowing that this light that you're feeling, this expansion that you're feeling, is you. It's your spirit. And this expansive nature is your true nature.
Now let's expand that light a little bit further, to take up the room that you're in. Out to the walls, to the windows. Clearing and surrounding your whole space with love. And your body feels more and more relaxed the more that your light expands.
See, sense, or feel this light of yours moving beyond the room that you're in, surrounding the entire building. It's easeful. It's freeing. It's encompassing your whole body, which is relaxed, and moving further and further out into the world. Out past the building you're in, surrounding the city or the town that you're in. Grounded and expanded at the same time. And holding that expansion. Staying relaxed.
And then we'll move beyond the city that you're in, surrounding your country, your state, your province, wherever you are. Allowing your light to expand further and further, further and further, while your body feels more relaxed and you expand. See this light of yours surround your continent. The waters. The rock underneath where you're situated. And eventually, around the whole earth.
This light of yours is surrounding the whole earth in a huge hug. Your love is expanding around the whole earth. And just allow yourself to feel how big your heart light is, how far it can reach. This expanded state is your true state, the state of your soul, of your spirit, of your being. It encompasses your whole body, but it's also so much bigger than that.
Staying in this expanded state, slowly start to bring your awareness back to your body, keeping your awareness in that expanded state. Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes. Expanded and embodied at the same time. And when you're ready, gently open your eyes. Try to stay still for just a moment, just feeling this expansion with your eyes open. This is your spirit's true state.
And I invite you to carry this feeling with you throughout the rest of your day, and through the rest of this conversation, and to come back to it anytime. I'd love to hear feedback too, to see how you feel.
Ross Tayler (12:47)
Thank you, Vanessa. That was wonderful. It was nice to be guided, and just to be in that space. I had a busy day, and it's always nice to be able to just hit pause. Being guided is an extra special gift. So I trust that the listeners had a similar experience.
Vanessa Ooms (13:07)
Good stuff. I'm glad to hear it. It's just a nice practice that can bring you back after a busy day, or anything that you're navigating in life.
Ross Tayler (13:20)
I find that life can be directing us and moving us from thing to thing and experience to experience, and to be able to slow down is such a gift.
Vanessa Ooms (13:33)
Yeah, I agree. And I find too that when we're really busy, it's easy to shrink a little bit energetically and get really focused on just the things that are in front of us. So taking a moment to allow yourself to breathe is huge. I find that it helps me navigate a lot of life's challenges in an easier way, if that makes sense.
Ross Tayler (14:02)
So I'd love to know how you got into this work. I know that so many of us bring the medicine into the world that we needed. I wonder if that's true for you also, and what you might want to say about that.
Vanessa Ooms (14:15)
Yeah, that's a great question. And I love that you said we bring the medicine into the world that we needed. That's kind of how this happened for me too. I grew up in a small town in the Kootenays, and it was absolutely gorgeous. But I found quite early in life that I started to mold myself around the people around me, learning what everybody needed, and I became the emotional caretaker of a lot of the family unit. I don't know if it was ever explicitly asked. It just was something that happened.
I went through life not really knowing who I was. I was more outwardly focused, trying to be the best daughter, the best friend, the best sister that I could be. But somewhere along the line, after my parents' divorce and all of the tumultuous things that ensued after that, I feel like my light got really dimmed. And I went through a lot of really challenging things in early adulthood that I feel just kept dimming my light. It was layer after layer of shrouds over my light and my heart.
Eventually I got to a point where I was engaged to be married and running a business with my partner at the time, and found out that he had been cheating on me. It just cracked me open in so many ways. We had to dissolve the business we were running together, and it honestly destroyed me. So many things happened around that too. I lost family members. It was just everything all at once.
And it cracked me open in such a way that I had a very profound spiritual experience. I had a spontaneous kundalini awakening that I was having a really hard time making sense of. It was so intense. All of a sudden I was feeling everything so intensely, all at once, and seeing energy. All these things were happening, and I had no idea what was happening to me. I felt like so much of myself internally was being rearranged in ways that I couldn't explain.
So after that happened, I went on this massive journey of self-discovery, of healing, trying different things: meditation, yoga, Reiki healing, past life regressions. I was trying everything and reading every book. And eventually I came to learning how to do Reiki and practice the Reiki lifestyle, and to harness this energy, this life force that we're given. That really helped me learn how to ground myself and find my way.
So that would be the start of this whole process. That's about when I also started sharing online about my experience, so that other people who are going through an awakening or a big transition wouldn't feel like they were alone. That's still what drives me today: creating spaces where people can explore what they're going through and navigate transitions, and know that they're not alone. And know that there's so much more to who they are, and to what this life is all about. So that's a little bit of my story. The Coles Notes.
Ross Tayler (18:19)
I really appreciate so many facets of your story, because the themes are so relatable. I had similar themes in my evolution, I guess you could say. And I loved what you just said about feeling alone, because I think that's the thing that is so interesting. I believed I was the only one having the experience I was having. And then to realize that other people are having that same experience, in whatever way they're experiencing it, is so freeing. It's like, I'm not the only one. And when we get help and realize that there are ways to cope and to regulate ourselves, and there are tools that can be helpful, it's such a gift.
Vanessa Ooms (19:07)
Such a gift. Yeah, and knowing that you're not alone.
Ross Tayler (19:13)
I wanted to focus in on the kundalini awakening, because that's not an experience I've had, and I know that many people have had it. I'm wondering if you could say a little more about it, because I think it's a very unique experience.
Vanessa Ooms (19:27)
I definitely had moments where I thought I was losing my mind, for sure, because I didn't really have a framework to explain what was happening to me. For me, it was a very physical, spiritual and mental experience, but in the beginning it was physical. I actually felt it in my body.
I remember I had been crying on the kitchen floor for hours, and I finally got to this point where I just leaned back against the kitchen cupboards and surrendered. I was like, okay, I'm going to have to build back up from ground zero. I'm going to have to rebuild my entire life. And as soon as I had that surrender moment, all of a sudden I started feeling this heat in my tailbone.
At first it was heat and tingling, and I thought maybe I'd been sitting on the floor for too long. But then it got warmer and warmer, and I could actually start to feel energy swirling around in my hips, and it just kept moving. I could feel it start to move up and through my entire body, moving, moving, moving. I have no idea how long this was happening for. But I could feel the energy moving up my spine, and it would stop at different areas of my body and move around. And then when it got to the crown of my head, it was just like an explosion.
I had a moment where my vision was... you know when you look through those kaleidoscopes, and everything's different colors and shapes and moving? That's what I was seeing. For a brief period, maybe 30 seconds, it was as if I could see that everything around me was breathing. I could see the energy of everything. It was a really intense experience.
And for a while after that, I felt like I was walking through a dream world. Very much like derealization. I didn't know what was really happening to me. I was feeling things on a really deep level, but I also felt like I was living in a dream. I didn't talk to anyone about it, because I knew they would think I was nuts. And for a while there, I thought maybe I was losing it a little bit, because I just didn't have words for what I was experiencing.
So I started Googling it. I started Googling the symptoms, what I was experiencing, and then I came across YouTube accounts of other people who'd had kundalini awakenings and explained the whole process and what they were going through, and it made so much sense. If I had grown up in India, or somewhere where [karma?] yoga is practiced, you're usually prepared for a very long time before you have shaktipat and the initiation, right?
Maybe the way that I was living up until that point was opening me up to this. I don't know. Or the trauma of everything just cracked me open to a point where it could happen. But I would say that it changed me on a very fundamental level, even on a physical level. I feel like my face changed a lot, and the way I was seeing the world changed. I started to really question everything about how I was living, how I was acting, how I was speaking, my choice of words. And I felt this overwhelming need to be so much more intentional about everything I was doing in life.
And it was a lot. This was 11 years ago. It was very tumultuous in the beginning, with ups and downs, and not really knowing what to do. I was feeling a lot of energy in my body, too, that wanted to move. I was needing to spontaneously move the energy through me and process things.
Ross Tayler (23:54)
I love it. And I'm curious whether those energies were sustainable, or did they start to fade? Did you find a balance between all of that energy that woke up within you and living your everyday life? Because I get this sense that you get to see through the distortion as well, the distortion that we're all living in. It actually made me think about the psilocybin journeys I've done intentionally, and the remnants afterwards, when you go out in public and it's like, whoa. So I wonder, did you get a sense of your true being, and then come back to being human and try to find the balance of all of that?
Vanessa Ooms (24:35)
Yes, 100%. And I've actually done a couple of psilocybin journeys since, and it's a very similar feeling. Exactly like you mentioned, you're so in touch with your purest being, and then it does become very hard to interact with the world. I almost said the real world, but what I was experiencing felt so much more real. It was kind of like what I experienced as a kid. I could go and sit at the base of a tree and feel like I was having a whole conversation with the tree. And then going out into the world just felt so strange and almost alien. It was really hard to manage in the beginning, but I did find a balance eventually.
And the energy did calm down eventually. In the beginning it was so intense. I could feel my whole spine buzzing for hours at a time. Ooh, my scalp is tingling as I'm describing it, too. So I do still get little waves here and there, especially in a deep meditation. I can feel the energy get activated a bit more. But yeah, I have been able to find balance since then.
Ross Tayler (25:56)
And as you shared your story, you talked about this moment of having to surrender. I find that on this journey, surrender is a hard thing to face. A lot of people don't even like the word. What would you say about that surrender moment that was so intense for you in this experience?
Vanessa Ooms (26:21)
That's such a good question, because surrender is a tough one. In the moment, I just gave in to what was happening. And it was strange, because the surrender actually felt freeing. It's like, okay, we can do this. We can rebuild. This will be okay. We'll figure out a way. I had no idea how I was going to manage my life after all of this. No idea. So I really had to trust that it was going to be okay, and that I would figure it out, and just take things one day or one hour at a time.
But that's hard for the mind to wrap around, especially the idea of surrender and trust in that way, because I find my mind likes to have a plan. It likes to know what's coming. So this whole journey has been an exercise in surrender and trusting. I haven't been perfect at it. But it's interesting, when you allow yourself to surrender and be guided and follow your intuition, how much your life can change. The trajectory of your life can change in some pretty miraculous ways.
Ross Tayler (27:39)
I would agree. And yet it's not exactly easy to flow that way when the world is expecting all sorts of things in a certain way. What you're describing is going with the flow of everything, riding the wave of life instead of letting it ride you. I actually had an experience of that today. Someone was asking, is this done? Is this done? Is this done? And my own schedule was very different. I'm almost waiting for nudges and then taking action, rather than taking action out of urgency. So it sounds like what you're saying is all about finding that rhythm with the flow of life, rather than trying to push things.
Vanessa Ooms (28:26)
Yeah, that's exactly it. I actually just posted a YouTube video talking about this exact thing a couple of days ago. I don't know if you've read The Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer.
Ross Tayler (28:40)
I haven't read the book, but I've touched in on his work.
Vanessa Ooms (28:44)
That book really put things into perspective for me, and I highly recommend the read, because it's such a beautiful example of surrender, and how much your life can change when you're following the flow of life. But yeah, it's not always easy.
Ross Tayler (29:14)
And I'm curious, on the other side of this journey, what is it that you're grateful for? As you were going through it, I imagine it was challenging. I think of all the times in my life where I've gone through what felt hard, or even felt like rock bottom, and then been completely grateful for it on the other side.
Vanessa Ooms (29:32)
Yeah. I would say I'm so grateful that all of that happened. I did have some really challenging times since. But every time, it's so interesting when you look back at those times, you can see how much they've refined you. Even though in the moment it can be like, what is my life? What is happening? It's almost like a purifying fire. It's refining you into what you're becoming.
I'm actually so grateful that it happened. As much as I was devastated and heartbroken at the loss of my partner at the time, I don't think I would be here if none of that had happened. It really made me get comfortable and compassionate with myself. I spent a lot of time alone, really getting reacquainted with myself. So I'm really grateful for that, because I feel like with that solid sense of self, navigating the challenges is a lot more fluid, if that makes sense.
And I'm really grateful for the spiritual... I almost feel like it was a whole attunement that happened. Attunement is the best word, because it's opened me up in so many ways and allowed me to connect with so many wonderful people in more authentic ways than I might have otherwise. I feel like this has cleared the path for me to be more of my authentic self, and that's allowed me to hold spaces for other people to let the masks come off.
Ross Tayler (31:36)
And you said that in your bio, helping people get back to who they truly are. I'd love to hear what you have to say about that, because this idea of coming back to ourselves comes up often. In the beginning, when you talked about your life experiences of living for others and focusing outward, we really lose that sense of self. So what would you say about coming back to who we truly are, and authenticity, and how you support people with that?
Vanessa Ooms (32:07)
That's a great question. There are so many layers to that. I feel like we live in a world that's almost trying to mold us into a certain way of being, as if one way of being is the most normal, the most accepted. Like my papa used to say, it takes all kinds to make a world. And I think that's so beautiful, because I really do think everyone has such a unique heart and purpose and voice, and things they want to create and share. Over time, we can lose our connection to those things, as life takes over and gets more full and more fast-paced.
So bringing people back to their true selves is a layered process, and it depends on the person and where they're at. It could be something as simple as the heart light meditation, bringing someone into that space where they can let go of the day and what they're holding and carrying. But it could also be just remembering the things that used to bring you joy. Sitting on a dock, staring at the sun reflecting off the water. Going and singing your heart out, or dancing your face off. All these things we're told are frivolous can actually be the things that really feed your soul and your spirit. And I find that when we make even a little bit of time for that in the day, even 20 minutes to do something that refills our battery and our spirit, we can come at our daily tasks from a more recharged and full place, if that makes sense.
Ross Tayler (34:21)
I think that was very well said, and I really echo that piece about being molded into something we're not. That's probably the simplest way to say it. And yet we don't realize it until something knocks at the door and says, hey, perhaps there's a different way of being in the world. And it ties back into that surrender piece, because so much of what we think is important is important, but it's not as important as we think. And to let those things go, or let our attachment to them go, is so hard.
I think about some of the things that are going on in our world right now, and in some ways I view it as theater. It's like this comedic theater that's playing out. And yet for others, it's life-changing in all sorts of ways. So it can be hard to see that that's someone else's reality, but it's not mine. It's really fascinating to walk through this earth in a way that disconnects from some of the theater. It's the only way I can describe it.
Vanessa Ooms (35:34)
Yeah, it really can be. And it can be kind of a mind-bender to hold both at the same time, that it is theater, but there are also very real things going on in the world that are affecting all of us. And it's funny, the things that bring us small joys might feel frivolous when you look at things that are happening on a global scale. But who said that? He said that reality is an illusion, but a very persistent illusion. And it's just so true. You can know that you're living in a dream, but it's a very real, tactile, persistent dream. And one that we're supposed to be in for some reason.
Ross Tayler (36:34)
And I don't want to minimize the tragic things that are happening around the world, and the loss. I'm referring to other things. But a few months ago, I went through my own surrender experience, of thinking that certain things were so important and I had to hang on to them. Really, I was being guided to a new experience that was even better, which I couldn't see unless I surrendered. Those moments are hard. I was very identified with having my own living space, and every way that looked, and I couldn't see beyond it. Now I'm living with others, my expenses have dropped, there's a lot of collaboration, and it's so much better. But I could not see it until everything sort of had to fall away and I really had no other choice.
Vanessa Ooms (37:28)
Yeah. And that's where I was too, really, when I had that awakening. If things hadn't fallen apart the way they did, I probably would have stayed, and nothing would have changed.
Ross Tayler (37:49)
And if I'm honest, I think I've had so many of those experiences. I always refer to them as the hero's journey. There's the tap on the shoulder, and we're being given an opportunity to answer the call. This is what's coming next. Will you walk the path and trust it? Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. But always, when I do, it results in something that otherwise couldn't have been possible.
Vanessa Ooms (38:16)
Yeah. Isn't that funny?
Ross Tayler (38:20)
During your opening meditation, I got the sense that you were also doing energy work at the same time. Energy work is an important part of what you do, and I'm wondering what you'd like to say about that part of your work.
Vanessa Ooms (38:35)
Yeah, I was doing energy work at the same time. I feel like that's become such a big part of everything I do. Even if I'm working on a website, I'm putting so much energy and intention into it.
Okay, I'm actually feeling called to talk about our voice, and how there's so much energy in our voice and in our words. Even the meditation changes every time I do it. The words change. It's whatever is happening in the moment. When you realize that there's energy moving through everything and everyone all the time, and you attune yourself to that, you see that energy is such a big part of who we are and our lives. So whatever I'm doing, I'm also doing energy work. When I'm holding space for someone, it's also an energetic space. And I feel like we're all doing energy work all the time, whether we're conscious of it or not.
Ross Tayler (39:56)
One of the things that popped up as you were speaking was, energy doesn't lie. Energy speaks the truth. If we're attuned to it, we can follow it accurately. It makes me think of a previous guest on the podcast, and I'm actually going to be seeing him tonight. He talks about our nervous system, and he takes it down to the simple place: our nervous system is always reading yum or yuck. Is this good for me? Is it not good for me? I love that, because I feel like it's something we've forgotten, and something we're reawakening to. I do hear people all around saying, the energy of that doesn't feel right. I think people are becoming more attuned to it. So it's an important piece of the work that you're doing, and that we all do, even if we might not realize we're doing it.
Vanessa Ooms (40:52)
Yeah. I love that, about the yum or yuck. Because you know when you're in a situation whether it feels yummy or yucky. And then learning to trust that intuition is so important. I feel like a lot of the time we override it. We're like, that doesn't feel right, but... and then we explain it away for ourselves.
Ross Tayler (41:18)
Yeah. When I did that podcast episode, I think I used the example of a child hiding behind mom, and we're like, no, come out, say hi. What if that child is actually feeling the yuck, and we're trying to push them into yum? It's a really interesting piece. And I think that speaks to what you said earlier, about how we lose ourselves and become molded to what society wants, instead of trusting our inner truth.
Vanessa Ooms (41:46)
Yeah. And that's been the biggest part of all the work that I've done with myself and others over the last however many years: learning to trust that intuition, and feeling how your body feels when you go into a situation, or even using that feeling to guide small decisions. Start with what you want to eat, even. How does your body feel when you think about the food? Does it feel like yes, you're moving toward it, or no?
Ross Tayler (42:21)
And I just remembered that when I asked the question, you started talking about your voice and how voice is important. I'm not sure if you fully got to the answer, or maybe didn't get back to it. So I'm curious about that.
Vanessa Ooms (42:34)
Thank you. I've been learning a lot about how powerful our words are. Speaking of energy work, and even the yum or yuck, that was something I found shortly after my awakening experience. I was not speaking in a way that felt congruent with how I wanted to be in the world. I actually had a moment where I was observing myself speaking on autopilot, and I was like, ugh, why are we talking like that? Why is that happening? So that led me to be much more mindful about the words that I speak. Because with every word we speak, when you're listening to my voice, you can probably feel the intention behind it. You can feel the energy in my voice, in anyone's voice. And you can start to listen to that and tune in. You can really learn a lot from a person's voice and energy about how congruent their life is, how much they're living in alignment. It's fascinating stuff.
Ross Tayler (43:58)
It really is. I think back to my experiences of being introduced to energy work, and the fact that it's not necessarily visible. We don't necessarily get to see what it is. Some people do, I think, but there's this trusting of the impact it's having. And I also love the connection to voice, because for myself, I didn't have a voice for so long. And that holds an energy, right? It's the byproduct of an energetic impact that happened. Our voice is how we manifest. Our voice is how we communicate. There's so much importance in our voice. And I notice sometimes that my throat will get clogged when I'm not fully authentic, or when something doesn't feel aligned. It's like I can't find my voice. And yet there are other times when it's just so succinct and clear, and I know that I'm on the right path. So I love the tie-in with the energy.
Vanessa Ooms (44:58)
Yeah, I love that too. And you're right, your voice is how you manifest. I have nothing to add to that. That was so well put.
Ross Tayler (45:10)
I love that. That's great.
Vanessa Ooms (45:18)
I resonate with what you said about not having a voice for so long. In the beginning, when I started speaking, even just practicing recording a video, I would get choked up, and my voice would get squeaky, and I'd have to cough and figure it out, because you're just learning how to use that voice.
Ross Tayler (45:40)
Yeah. I had so many experiences growing up where I didn't have a voice, or didn't think I had a voice. The anxiety of speaking was so intense. And later in life, I was given these experiences of teaching, and I finally started to find my voice, and it's so powerful.
Vanessa Ooms (46:03)
Very powerful.
Ross Tayler (46:04)
So is there anything you want to share that we didn't touch on, that you were hoping to touch on before we weave towards a close?
Vanessa Ooms (46:21)
I feel like we touched on a lot of great topics. No, I came in with no expectations, just seeing where it went.
Ross Tayler (46:31)
So this feels like a great place to pause. I always like to close by asking my guests the same question, and that question is, what is one simple way that someone could connect with the sacred today?
Vanessa Ooms (46:48)
One simple way to connect with the sacred is to go outside and allow the sun to permeate your entire being, and just recharge your batteries that way. Just sit with your eyes closed in the sun, and allow it to move through your whole body. I think that's a great way to connect with the sacred every day.
Ross Tayler (47:15)
I appreciate that. I always like the simple, and that is certainly simple.
So, Vanessa, how can people find you and your work?
Vanessa Ooms (47:27)
Well, you can visit my website. I'm also on YouTube and Insight Timer with meditations. And you can always DM me on Instagram if you want to connect.
Ross Tayler (47:44)
Excellent. I'll make sure that all those links are in the show notes. Vanessa, it was great to have this conversation with you. I appreciate the places that we went, the similarities in our journeys, and your vulnerability in sharing your truth and your experiences. Thank you for taking the time.
Vanessa Ooms (48:04)
Thank you so much, Ross. I really enjoyed this.
Ross Tayler (48:08)
