Supportive Sharing Circles for Empaths & Sensitive Souls
These monthly in-person sharing circles are for empaths and sensitive souls wanting to relate with less effort and more truth. They are a safe place to practice re-writing old stories and explore recurring themes like finding your voice, boundaries, and self-trust.
This is neither a class, a workshop, nor a place to perform or fix yourself. Arrive as you are and be met there.

Each gathering includes guided experiences, opportunities to connect with yourself and others while sharing and/or witnessing conversation.
