Group Shadow Work ~ co-active coaching
As we descend into Fall and move quickly towards Winter, it is the perfect time to pause and connect with our inner shadows. The aspects of ourselves that will keep us from fully embracing our light when we awaken in Spring and Summer. These powerful circles are held in Squamish and are facilitated by Ross Tayler who brings his co-active coaching and compassionate wisdom to this healing work.
Everything relegated to to the shadows is an aspect of your essential self that is longing to be expressed in healthy ways, loved, and even respected. Until we do this work, these aspects tend to grow in intensity, often bursting out in unhealthy, destructive ways in our lives - then stuffed back into their closet. Reclaiming and integrating all of aspects of ourselves is vital to living a vibrant life of authenticity. At this circle we will focus on bringing shadow work to all present via commonality. We all experience healing while one or two have their work powerfully held, supported, and witnessed. During our time together we will co-create a safe environment in which to explore your relationship to the shadows that may exist in your life. Together we will create a safe and nurturing space to do this work. Sitting in a circle is an equalizing and powerful experience which can be magical and the results are often unexpected. What you get from the circle is really up to you. You can quietly witness others as they go through their process, only to find out that you learned a lot about yourself through the experience, or you can step out with courage and be witnessed and supported as you do your work. The underlying agenda is that through sharing with and caring for others, we learn to be accountable for ourselves, our actions, our relationships and create an opportunity for our deep soul purpose to emerge.
