About Ross
Most of my life has been spent listening to people.
Listening for what’s said.
Listening for what isn’t.
Listening for the ways people lose themselves while trying to belong, help, or keep the peace.
Much of my work is about gently turning that attention inward; listening to ourselves.
My style is relational and grounded. I don’t rush people or push for answers. I listen carefully, reflect honestly, and help people find truth in their lived experience, body, and notice their energy.

I’ve actively been on a personal growth path for over two decades and trained as a life coach in 2006. My work is trauma-informed and shaped by years of facilitating groups, holding space, and supporting individuals through change. I draw from lived experience, deep listening, and practical tools that support clearer decisions, healthier use of our energy, and more honest relationships.
My intention is to create a space where people can slow down and come back into optimal relationship with themselves. If that's the support you’re looking for, welcome.
