Intuitive Counselling
I see myself as a blend of elder, life coach, and counsellor without the letters behind my name. Although, I often joke that if I did have letters behind my name they would be SOL (School of Life). I am passionate about helping you see yourself and your unconscious patterns clearly so that you can learn to embody unconditional love and self-acceptance. I will bring a blend of wisdom and fierce honesty to your sessions. "Fierce Honesty" may sound harsh, but it is actually rooted in love and care. My goal is for you to feel deeply seen, supported and accepted as you do this work. My #1 passion and zone of genius is working with people individually and in groups. I was trained as a life coach in 2006 and have been on my own journey of personal growth since 1999. I use both Human Design and Gene Keys as spiritual tools to guide you on your journey. Exploring Emotional Trauma
For the last 7+ yrs I have worked in addiction and treatment and have continued to do my own personal healing and learning. After thousands of hours working with people in groups and individually, it has become very clear to me, that it is our emotional trauma and the resulting unconscious patterns that create our suffering both personally and in our relationships. In other words, it is what happened to us in the past that is impacting our present experiences. Which means we must look back in order to move forward. The hard work, the real work, is to bring awareness to the unconscious repeating patterns that are playing out underneath our suffering. To use a gardening metaphor, we must remove the weed and all its roots, rather than just cutting off the top of the weed. The narrative around mental wellness is slowly changing and I am guided by many of the teachers that are trying to shift this paradigm. In order to heal we must include the emotional trauma that is held in our body, while also exploring love, purpose, passion and your unique gifts that are waiting to be thawed and expressed. I believe that everyone I work with is "stuck not broken".

I am very happy to be able to offer a unique pricing model for my offerings. Angel Pricing is a clear and stress free sliding scale that allows you to easily choose an hourly rate based on your income level. Hourly rates range from $130/hr to $25/hr. Paying my full rate creates opportunities to share scholarships for those that access the lower rates. Which supports you to give back to others as you work on yourself.
