Sacred Sundays, is a weekly offering presented by The Sacred Village Podcast.  Each Sunday, I release a gentle, soul-nourishing episode. It’s meant to feel like sharing a warm cup of tea and a moment of spirit together.

Sacred Sundays highlights voices and practices that help us reconnect with what’s sacred, grounded, and real. Each episode is pre-recorded and published on Sunday mornings, and runs about 30 - 40 minutes. It’s designed to be a soft and contemplative way to begin the week. Something you might listen to in nature or curled up with a hot mug in hand.

Each episode follows a simple and spacious rhythm:

1. A short intro by me
2. An offering from you (such as a meditation, light language, sound journey, poem, channeled message etc.) or we can just have a conversation about what gifts you share with the world. 
3. A relaxed conversation between us about your offering, your path, and what’s currently alive in your work
   
   

If you're unsure how your modality might work in audio form, I'm happy to explore ideas with you. The aim is to showcase the sacred in whatever way it wants to be expressed.
