Claiming My Niche ~ Life Coaching and Support for Men

When I go through my notes and my journals there are references to the idea of coaching Men that go back well over 2 years. As a matter of fact, all of my female clients have at some point said "I wish you could coach my partner." ( I started coaching in 2006) while on Vancouver Island (2012 /13) I discovered West Coast Men's Support in Duncan and attended a weekly Men's circle. This is when the fire started to burn and I started to see the possibilities. I've literally spent the last 9 months trying to figure out "how" to put this out there. The idea would gain steam and then fall flat....and it would fall flat because my inner critic

would latch on to the one thread of doubt and run with it.  You have to figure out your branding! You have to figure out your marketing plan! What about the "Owning Your Voice" brand? Then my next choice is to watch "Orange is the New Black" on Netflix and forget about it for a few days. Sound familiar? Okay, so I'm being a little dramatic and I bet you know exactly what I'm talking about. The truth was that even though I didn't necessarily have all the answers, I now realize that I had been putting all the necessary pieces in place. It was last week that I finally realized that I needed to set my "stake"... and move in to action. This resulted in another week of inner fighting and then yesterday I woke up with some clarity. "Just put it out there".... I realize that this is about  setting a clear intention around what I want to be doing. Asking for what I want! I don't have a polished logo and snazzy branding (yet). All of this will come. What I do have is clarity and everything I have gathered and created over the years to share with my fellow man. I am ready to stand in the fire with you as we do this work.

I will also be creating a Group Coaching circle in the upcoming months as well as some virtual offerings.
