Telephone Sessions
If in person sessions are not an option, sessions can happen by telephone. While at first this may seem impersonal and counter intuitive. Meeting by telephone actually gives you and your nervous system the space to dive deeply into our work together. It also allows you to be in the comfort of your own safe space at home.
At the time of your session I will call you at the number you provided.

Zoom Video Conferencing Instructions:
If you chose Zoom Video Conferencing, we will use a product called Zoom which provides the ability to have Video Conferencing that works well on all platforms, Zoom offers high quality picture and sound and it is also private and secure, Zoom can be used on your Smartphone, Tablet, Windows PC or MAC.
You can go to www.zoom.us and download the (Free) software for your applicable platform or device and you can utilize Zoom's tutorials to familiarize yourself with the software.
Please ensure that you have sound and video capabilities enabled.
The Meeting ID will be included in the confirmation / reminder emails. Click on the link to join the meeting.
