Human Design in The Workplace

Practical, Engaging Workshops to Support Your Team
Workshops for small businesses, community organizations, and volunteer-based teams where people work together closely, want to better understand each other and enhance their collaborations.

All individuals in every team bring something unique to the table – whether it’s their way of working, making decisions, or contributing to the group.  Human Design offers practical approaches to managers or team leads for understanding four key staff dynamics:
1.  Type – How your people are built to work and contribute
Each person brings a different kind of energy to the team.  Some are built for steady output; some to guide others; some to kick things off, and others to reflect the health of the environment.  Understanding this helps reduce burnout, mismatch, and unmet expectations.

2.  Strategy – How your people are designed to engage with work
Every team member has a natural way of interacting with tasks, other people, and decisions.  When they're aligned with this, things move more smoothly.  When not, friction and frustration usually follow.

3.  Authority – How your people make their best decisions
Not everyone makes decisions in the same way.  Some people need time, some know instantly, and some need to talk it out.  Helping your teammates respect and trust their individual decision processes leads to better choices and less second-guessing.

4.  Profile – How your people tend to show up, learn, and lead
People naturally take on roles.   For example, are they here to experiment, teach, support, or influence?  Understanding and recognizing this better aligns tasks, leadership opportunities, and expectations to each person’s innate strengths.

"Everyone has a genius. It’s our job to find it and bring it to the table."
— Angela Ahrendts, former Apple and Burberry executive

Delivery Options & Resources

This is either a half-day introduction or a more in-depth full-day workshop.  The half-day option focusses on the core elements of Human Design — introducing your team to key dynamics like contribution, decision-making, and collaboration.  The full-day option allows for deeper exploration, team-based activities, and practical integration tailored to your specific group or organization.  Both formats are designed to be engaging, relatable, and immediately applicable to how your teammates work together.

Team members will gain a deeper understanding of each other’s strengths, working styles, and decision-making processes.  This fosters mutual respect and improved collaboration.  For deeper support, 1:1 integration sessions are available to leaders — offering greater space to ask questions, explore team dynamics, and apply Human Design in ways that fit their unique leadership style and team's needs.

Each participant will receive a personalized PDF summary highlighting their key Human Design insights.  Managers or team leads will also receive a compiled overview of each of their team members.  This supports clearer communication, smarter delegation, and stronger collaboration both immediately and moving forward.

Pricing varies based on group size and organizational needs.
