This is one of my favourite group activities to share. Whenever I share this activity with groups, participants share how much they enjoy the experience and the magical insights that they gain.
Stories have a rich history of being used in many cultures as a tool for sharing wisdom, knowledge, and inspiring insights. During our time together we will connect through a story that I will read to the group. I will then guide you through a process of inner discovery and reflection which will lead to some concrete actions you can apply to your life. You will gain insights, awareness and clarity about your current life experiences while connecting with others in a safe and supportive space. |
