Thank you for choosing to register! I am excited for the unique experience that we will co-create during our time together and I honour your decision to join us. Below you will find information which will help us to create a strong commitment to our experience and maximize our time together.
Dates This journey takes place during 6 Saturdays from 1pm - 4pm Dates: April 29th ~ May 6th ~ May 13th ~ May 27th ~ June 3rd ~ June 1oth **I have not scheduled a session on May 20th as this is a long weekend
Please do everything you can to commit to the above dates as well as being on time to all of our sessions. I commit to arriving at least 15 minutes before our start time and I encourage you to arrive early as well. This will allow us to make the most of our time together. Due to the nature of this program it will be difficult to make up a missed session. However, you will still receive handouts and you will have access to the Self Guided program after the 6 weeks. You could also use one of your coaching sessions in order to make up the content one on one. Payment Info After submitting your registration I will send an Invoice based on the payment choice you select below. You can pay either by Credit Card or by sending an Email Money Transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you pay in full by April 22, 2017 you will receive a $50 discount. If you prefer to pay by instalments. You will be Invoiced twice for $341.25. First payment due by April 22, 2017 and Second payment due by May 20, 2017.
Refund Policy Once the program starts there is no way to fill a spot. Every effort has been made to keep the group safe and small so that each person gets the most from the experience. If for some reason you are unable to continue, No Refund will be issued. However a credit will be issued for either One on One coaching, future offerings or an option that we co-create together. The credit will be calculated using my current hourly rate of $150 / hour.
Coaching Sessions You have access to (2) One Hour one on one coaching sessions as part of this journey. They are a fantastic way to deepen the learning you can get from a particular lesson. They are also a way to personalize and dive deeper into how the topics relate to your personal work and how you would like to move forward. You can choose to use these sessions during the program or you can choose to use them after the program to help integrate what you have learned. These sessions must be used within 30 days of the program ending. You will receive a link to book sessions after payment is received.
Sharing Circles You also have access to attend 3 monthly Sharing Circles (Thursday evenings from 630pm - 830pm) May 25th, June, 22nd and July 2oth. You can find out more about the sharing circles here You have free access to these circles however no credit will be given to future Sharing Circles. Cost for future (after July) Sharing Circles is $20.00. These circles are offered as a great way to integrate and deepen your experience.
Private Facebook Group A private Facebook group has been created so that current and future participants can stay connected, share their experiences, seek support and deepen the connection within the group. The group is a great place to share resources and ideas. More info will be found on the actual Facebook group page. If you are on Facebook you will be added or invited to the group. This group is optional however highly recommended as it can provide much support.
Self Guided Program After completing the Reclaim Your Wholeness 6 Week Journey you will have access to all the content of the Self Guided Program. This is an audio version of the program. This will allow you to revisit the content at any time. The self guided program is currently sold for $249. Please do not share the links or content with anyone.
